New Business Set-up
We advise and undertake New Business Setup formalities such as incorporation of company / LLP, setting up Branch, Liaison, Project Offices, Joint Venture Companies and Wholly owned Subsidiaries (WOS), etc. We also provide Domiciliary and Incubator Services to offshore clients.
Legal Audit & Due Diligence
We conduct Legal Audit and sanctity check for all forms of business organizations and report them about the compliance miss-outs along with the corrective and remedial steps to avoid penal action and/or litigation.
Our risk assurance team specializes in due diligence and reports the clients about the potential risks, if any, which in turn helps to arrive at an appropriate enterprise valuation.
Corporate Secretarial

Registration, Licensing & Certificate
We undertake the assignments pertaining to Statutory Registrations, Licensing and Renewals (along with the related compliances) with all the Government and Local Authorities as required under various Indian laws. This includes Shops & Establishment License, IEC, Small & Medium Enterprise (SME), SEZ, STPI, apart from the routine PAN, TAN, PT, VAT, Service Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.

We undertake drafting and vetting of various deeds and contracts, local as well as international, pertaining to MoU, Joint-venture, Commercial, Employment, Consulting, IPR, Share Purchase/Subscription, Non-competition, NDA, Confidentiality, Escrow, Software Development and License Agreement, Power of Attorneys, etc.

We provide umbrella service to our clients, which include Registration of Trade Mark, Service Mark, Patent, Copyright, Design, etc. We also advise on steps to be taken to stop infringement by unauthorized users.
HR Processes & SOPs
We undertake drafting, reviewing and implementation of HR Processes, Policy Manuals Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in line with the Indian Laws. We also set-up and manage the Payroll, Compensation and Benefits aspects of Human Resources function.
We also provide professional/external Member services for being part of the Internal Complaints Committee as prescribed under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder.
